Four Seasons Vail sits at the west edge of Vail Village, about a 5 minute walk or quick shuttle from Gondola One, where its complimentary ski concierge stores your gear and warms your boots. Standard rooms are about 575 square feet, big for a ski town, and the year-round heated outdoor pool, spa and The Remedy Bar make it easy to stay put after skiing.
I've booked it for clients who want Four Seasons service for a birthday or a first Vail trip, and it delivers. The trade-off is that it isn't ski-in, ski-out, and The Remedy Bar gets packed at peak après.
