Villa Serbelloni has been a hotel for more than 150 years, and it's the only five-star hotel in Bellagio. It sits right at the point of the village, with gardens, frescoed public rooms and a terrace looking straight down the lake.
The location is the big draw: you can walk to Bellagio's lanes and the ferry dock, then hop across to Varenna, Menaggio or Villa del Balbianello. It's a seasonal hotel, open roughly March to November.
