The Madeline is Auberge's ski-in, ski-out hotel in Mountain Village, close to the gondola and right on Reflection Plaza, where the ice rink is free for everyone. There's a spa, an outdoor heated pool, a 9,500 square foot Sky Terrace with fire pits and two hot tubs, Black Iron Kitchen + Bar and Timber Room for après.
I recommend it for families and couples who want slopeside convenience with real resort amenities. The trade-off is that Mountain Village is quiet at night, so plan to ride the gondola into town for dinners; Black Iron Kitchen and Timber Room closed Oct 26 and reopen for ski season.
