Opened in 2025 on 30 acres around Prospect Lake, this is 49 hand-built cabins instead of a hotel building. The larger cabins have radiant floors and marble bathrooms, there are no TVs or phones, and the Cliff House is the hub for check-in, the bar and the restaurant.
I recommend it for couples and design lovers who want a modern, outdoorsy base near Great Barrington. The trade-off: you walk between your cabin, the pool and the restaurant in all weather, and the smallest hideaways share a bathhouse, so I book the full cabins for most clients.
