The Sebastian is the design-forward hotel in the heart of Vail Village, full of contemporary art, with its Base Camp ski valet just steps from Gondola One. The big change is Zuma, the Japanese izakaya that replaced the old restaurant in 2026, alongside The Gambit Bar and Bloom Spa.
I recommend it for couples and friend groups who want a livelier, more modern stay than the classic Vail lodges. The trade-off is that the hotel itself isn't slopeside, and Zuma tables go fast in ski season, so book dinner when you book the room.
