The Four Seasons sits in Disney's Golden Oak community, and it is the most polished hotel on Disney property. Service, rooms and pools are on a different level from Disney's own resorts, and it feels like a real resort escape when you are not in the parks.
The trade-off is that you are not on Disney transportation. The hotel runs complimentary shuttles to all four parks, and guests get Early Theme Park Entry, but you will not have a monorail or Skyliner outside your door. I recommend it for families and couples who want luxury first and Disney second.
