A boutique hotel at the top of Positano with a rooftop pool and one of the best views over the village.
You want to be in Positano itself, with a pool and big views, at a lower price than the most famous hotels.
Stairs are a problem. Like most of Positano, it's uphill from the beach.

Villa Franca sits high on Via Pasitea, the road that loops through Positano, so the rooftop pool looks straight down over the stacked houses to the sea. It's a smaller, design-minded hotel and a little more relaxed than the big names.
It's a good value pick for Positano when you want a pool and views, and it's an easy walk down to the shops and the main beach. Plan on climbing back up, or take the local bus.
