A 104-room Hyatt wellness resort on 380 acres, spread across cottages and the 1894 Wyndhurst Mansion. Rates include meals, non-alcoholic drinks, the daily activity schedule and a nightly resort credit you can put toward spa treatments. It's the only Miraval with golf.
I recommend it for couples and friends who want wellness without a strict program: classes, a 29,000-square-foot spa, good food and a glass of wine at night. The trade-off is cost, since a service charge is added on cash rates, and rooms in the older buildings vary, so I'd pick the room category carefully.

Rooms are spread across cottages and Wyndhurst Mansion, from standard kings to suites. The mansion rooms have the most character.
Pools and beach
The spa is the centerpiece, with the golf course, trails and lawns making up the outdoor space.
Dining
Harvest Moon is the main restaurant, The Roost handles coffee, drinks and grab-and-go, and 1894 at Wyndhurst Mansion is a Thursday to Saturday dinner that is not included in the rate.
